We are a mobile technology repair team dedicated to serving the Yolo County area. We welcome drop-offs and offer on-site visits at your home or business.

In-Home or Office Visits

We can come to your home or business:

$100/hour service rate (1-hour minimum)

Includes Diagnostics!

  • Our on-site services cover residential and business needs, including Wi-Fi and printer setup, software troubleshooting, server support, virus removal, and general IT assistance.

  • We also provide patient, step-by-step help for anyone who needs assistance learning the basics of their devices.

 

Drop Off's & Remote Work

Bring your device in, or in some cases we can securely connect to your computer remotely to diagnose and resolve issues.

  • $50 Diagnostics — waived if you move forward with the repair

  • $50 Quick Fix (up to 30 minutes)

  • $80/hour standard service rate

Examples: Screen repairs, hard drive upgrades, OS installs or upgrades, custom builds, motherboard repairs, storage expansion, drive cloning, keyboard repairs, and basic data recovery.

Full-Home AdBlock

We can set up your router to block ads across all devices on your network, including computers and phones. This can help reduce exposure to malware and harmful ads.

Note: Mid-video ads cannot be blocked.

Repair

During your repair, we’ll keep you updated and are happy to explain the process or answer any questions along the way. We’ll also provide updates on the expected completion time. Once finished, we can send a secure invoice by email or accept cash or check payments.

What areas do you serve?

We are happy to drive to you anywhere in Yolo County! Remote services are available to everyone regardless of location. For customers that would like in-person services but live over 30 minutes from Woodland, we charge a small fee to help accommodate the costs of travel.

What services do you provide?

We can assist you with almost anything on your computer, or most other tech in your home! From getting rid of viruses and malware to setting up your computer or making it faster, we've got you covered. If it's something you can see on your computer screen, we're here to help!

For remote services, how do you repair my computer over the internet?
We securely connect to your computer using a trusted remote support tool such as LogMeIn. This allows us to view and troubleshoot your system in real time while everything remains encrypted and protected. You stay in control the entire time, and we only access your system with your permission to diagnose and repair the issue safely.

When do you collect payment information?

You don’t need to worry about payment until your issue has been diagnosed and the repair is complete. Once the work is finished, we’ll send you a secure invoice by email. We accept cash, check, or electronic payment.

In some cases, a deposit may be required for parts before ordering, depending on the repair.

What does the 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee mean?

Our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee means that after we've fixed an issue with your computer, if you encounter the same problem again or any closely related issues within the next 30 days, we'll take care of it right away without charging you anything! Your happiness and a hassle-free experience are what matter most to us!
